To protect the rights and interests of both buyers and sellers, please strictly follow the steps below for overstock transactions:
Consult the seller for product details and request real videos of the bulk goods to get a preliminary understanding of the stock.
Pay a small deposit (no more than 500 RMB) to reserve the goods.
Pay the remaining balance only after the seller counts the goods, arranges shipment and provides the logistics tracking number.
Special suggestion: For first-time cooperation with a seller, it is highly recommended to have a video call to inspect the goods on site to avoid receiving goods that do not match the description. For assorted or mixed-batch goods, we advise you to confirm the styles via video again after the seller sorts the goods, to prevent the delivered goods from falling far short of your expectations.
If any seller asks you to pay the full amount before shipment and before providing a tracking number, it is very likely a scam. Please block the seller immediately and do not transfer any money.
Overstock goods are clearance inventory. The industry standard defective rate is around 5%, which is considered normal. Please be informed of this rule. If the actual defective rate of the received goods exceeds 5%, please contact the seller promptly to negotiate after-sales solutions.
Overstock goods are unique and scarce in supply. The deposit is used to lock in the stock and arrange the seller to count the goods. Therefore, if the buyer unilaterally breaches the contract and cancels the order, the seller has the right to refuse to refund the deposit. Please confirm your purchase intention before paying the deposit.
To avoid discrepancies between the received goods and your expectations, please confirm the following information with the seller clearly before paying the deposit:
Size ratio: Clarify the size range you need and ask about the proportion of corresponding sizes in the whole batch. For example, if you need shoes in sizes 15–25 but the whole batch is sizes 12–25 for full clearance, you must ask how many pairs are in sizes 12–14 and how many are in 15–25. Only pay the deposit after confirming you can accept the ratio.
Seasonal ratio: For assorted mixed goods, confirm the proportion of styles suitable for the current season. For example, if you want summer dresses, ask about the ratio of summer styles to autumn/winter styles to avoid receiving a large amount of out-of-season goods.
Bulk goods visuals: Ask the seller to provide photos of the whole bulk stock, and preferably a complete video of the goods. This is especially important for assorted mixed batches.
Video inspection: For first-time cooperation with a seller, try to request a live video call to inspect the goods on site and verify the actual condition intuitively.
Shelf life confirmation: If the goods you purchase have a shelf life (such as daily chemicals, food products), be sure to confirm the remaining shelf life.
Assorted goods risk: For assorted and mixed-batch overstock, it is usually impossible to guarantee that all styles are exactly what you want. Please have this expectation in advance.
